Manzanita Residence

The challenge for this home on the beach was to convert it to a beach house.  The new roof form with natural light and ventilation monitors set the pace.  The entry court, separated from auto parking, offers an intimate approach.  The west facing window composition gives value to the entire scene of sky, mountains, and water.  The light and airy color scheme completes the transformation.
